This way, you can create a PluraCoin wallet without risking the keys.
You can use this wallet address for storing PLURA e.g. from mining or from airdrops. All the informations about your wallet (balance, transactions) are safely stored within the PluraCoin blockchain.
This offline wallet can be later restored in the Windows GUI wallet via mnemonic seed.
